Erin is a licensed mental health counselor. Erin earned her Masters in Mental Health Counseling from St. John Fisher in 2017. Erin has experience working with children, adolescents and adults. She has helped individuals struggling with feelings of anxiety and depression, self-harming behaviors, and challenging life transitions.
Erin’s approach combines person centered, narrative and cognitive behavioral techniques. She believes that you are the expert in your own life and you are fully capable of working through your struggles yet sometimes you need a little back-up to feel able to see the strength within yourself. “You got this, let me help you feel like you got this.”
Erin loves her two German Shepherds, crafting, and baking (anything but macaroons). She is passionate about helping others and would love to join you on your journey.
