Women are faced with a unique set of pressure: perfect wife, perfect mom, perfect body, dinner on the table, the list goes on and on. All of these pressures are on top of the fact that women twice as likely to develop anxiety than men? Women are also twice as likely to develop depression than men. Not to mention that over 48% of women have been in at least one psychologically and/or physically abusive relationship?…….NO WONDER you’re feeling this way!!
